TIMESHEETS ARRIVE ON PAPER ON FRIDAY.
The problem
Paper timesheets were typed into payroll and typed again against each job.
What we built
A time-tracking web app on Cloudflare. Hours are entered once on the floor and feed payroll and job costing.
The result
- Before
- 27,300keystrokes a year
Typed twice, a week late.
- After
- keystrokes a year
Entered once, the same day.
A keystroke is one thing a person had to type or click.
