Website Terms of Use.

The site is run by Keystroke. "We", "us" and "our" mean Keystroke. "You" means the person using the site and, if you use it for a business, that business.

The site shows work we have done, explains what we sell and what it costs, and helps you decide whether we can help. It is general information. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or IT security advice for your business, and it does not take your circumstances into account.

Cases. Every case on the site describes real work. Businesses are described, not named, unless they have agreed to be named. Before and after counts come from our counting ledger, using the method published on the site. A result in one business does not mean the same result in yours.

Demonstration builds. Items marked as a demonstration build show what we can build. They are not client work.

The quiz result is written by a software agent, not a person.

• A result is a suggestion, not advice or a quote. It is based only on your nine answers. Any hours figure is an estimate and is labelled as one. Only a written quote from us is a price.
• The agent can be wrong. It is limited to our product list, and is instructed not to guess. If something it says conflicts with a written quote or these terms, the quote and the terms win.
• Nothing in a quiz result binds either of us. The agent cannot quote for custom work, agree dates, give discounts or make promises. A contract exists only when you accept a written quote under our Client Terms of Engagement.
• Do not enter sensitive or confidential information in a form. Do not type in health details, passwords, financial account details or anyone else's personal information.

You must not:

• try to make the agent ignore its instructions, reveal them, or produce harmful, unlawful or misleading content
• send automated or bulk requests to the quiz or the forms, or try to get around their limits
• scrape, copy or harvest content from the site, including to train an AI model
• try to access parts of the site or our systems you are not meant to
• upload or send anything that contains malware or infringes someone else's rights
• use the site in a way that breaks the law

We may block access or delete content if these rules are broken.

Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is confirmed in your quote. Published ranges for builds are indicative. The price you pay is the one in your accepted quote. We may change published prices at any time, but a change does not affect a quote you have already accepted.

We, or the people who license it to us, own the site and everything on it: text, design, code, the counting method, the quiz, case material, images and the Keystroke name and marks. You may view and print pages for your own use in deciding whether to engage us. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt them without our written permission.

We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We aim to keep the site and the quiz running, but we do not promise they will always be available, error-free or free of interruption. We may change or remove any part of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The site and the quiz are free general information tools. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information on the site, or on a quiz result, without first getting a written quote or advice from us. This does not limit our liability for anything we agree to do in a contract with you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site and the quiz.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which apply. Changes apply from the date they are published, and do not affect anything done before then.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of Victoria and the courts that hear appeals from them.
